Our strength classes are designed to make you more resilient. We want you to reimagine what is possible and pursue that which you are capable of. These sessions look to build movement quality and strength across the functional patterns.
Conditioning

Our conditioning sessions are higher intensity workouts in the form of intervals, where you'll challenge yourself to move at a faster pace with well-deserved rest breaks. These classes are all about improving your ability to move efficiently, breathe better, and manage fatigue. By participating in these sessions, you'll enhance your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds, enabling you to push harder and sustain your workout intensity for longer.
Aerobic Capacity

Build your body's engine with our aerobic capacity sessions. These workouts are all about improving your cardiovascular health, strengthening your lungs, and building endurance. You'll increase your work capacity over time, which means more energy and better overall fitness.
Functional Bodybuilding

Functional Bodybuilding is a type of training that uses quality movement to develop motor control, strength, and hypertrophy.
It uses traditional bodybuilding principles, such as tempo, periodisation, along with functional movements to prepare clients for their everyday function.
