Our coaching team, will create a supportive and motivating environment where you can explore your health and fitness. With a maximum of four members per session, you'll receive hands-on coaching to ensure every workout is effective and aligned with your personal objectives. Enjoy the camaraderie of fellow members and the accountability of our strong community.

Sessions are available throughout the day and are easy to book via our app, making it simple to find a time that fits your schedule. Each session delivers a comprehensive full-body workout, so you'll always leave feeling accomplished and energised.

2. Consultation

An introduction into small group personal training. We will delve into topics such as: What are your goals? What is important to you? We will discuss any previous or current injuries and your previous experiences with exercise. This is an opportunity for us to have a conversation and get to know a bit more about you.

3. Movement Screen

In order for us to deliver our premium coached led service, we need to see how you move. This is a one-to-one session that gives us a snap shot on where you’re at and provides us with the information on how we can design your training program.
