Personal Coaching at The Training Yard is a high-level, fully coached training experience designed entirely around you.

Every person comes in with different goals, strengths, and starting points — so no two programs are the same. We use our proven training framework that provides structure, accountability and measurable progress.

With a maximum of four clients per coach, you get the precision and accountability of one-to-one training, in a motivating environment.

From day one, we take the time to understand exactly where you are now, where you want to be, and how we’re going to get you there.

Step 1

Consultation & Conversation

We start with a sit-down consultation to talk about your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any barriers you’ve faced in the past. This is where we find out what matters most to you — so we can make it happen.

Step 2

Movement Screen & Baseline Assessment

We start by assessing how you move — looking at posture, mobility, and key movement patterns. This helps us identify exactly what you need to train safely and effectively.

But we also tailor this to what you want — whether that’s building fitness, improving body composition, increasing strength, or a combination. Your assessment becomes the blueprint for a program that’s right for you, both in terms of your goals and your body.

Step 3

Your personal program & coaching begins

Your coach will design a training plan that matches your goals, training age, and schedule. It progresses with you — and for you — adapting as life changes, so you can keep moving forward no matter what.

Every session is coach-led in a small group environment (max 4 people). You get the focus, feedback, and attention to detail you’d expect from one-to-one training — with the energy and camaraderie of a small team alongside you.

Pricing

Personal coaching starts from £143/month for one session per week.

We also offer Custom Memberships — built around the exact number of sessions you want each month.

Every option includes:

  • Your personalised program

  • No. of coach-led sessions (max 4 people per class)

  • Ongoing progress tracking and program updates
