FAQs

Do I need to be fit before joining?

No. Our coaching meets you where you're at. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete, we tailor your experience.

What membership options do you offer?

We offer monthly memberships for large group training and small-group personal training. We have limited availability for 1-to-1 personal training. Pricing varies depending on the service and frequency.

Are there contracts?

Yes. One full calendar month’s notice is required to cancel. This means one final payment will still be taken after your cancellation request, and your membership will remain active until that final month is complete. Example: If your billing date is the 3rd of each month and you cancel on August 4th, your final payment will be taken on September 3rd, and your membership will end on October 2nd.

Can I pause or freeze my membership?

We don’t offer membership freezes or pauses. Our training model is built around a consistent, committed membership—much like a private club. That said, we understand life can change, so you’re always welcome to cancel your membership within our cancellation policy; explain in the above question. Your spot may not always be available, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you have showers and changing rooms?

Yes—our facility includes showers, changing areas, and secure storage for your belongings.

Is parking available?

Yes—we offer free on-site parking.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

Our coaching team are trained to understand common injuries and how they impact movement. In a group setting, we can offer general modifications to help you train safely—but there’s a limit to how much we can individualise within that environment.

If you're managing a specific injury, ongoing rehab, or need more tailored adjustments to training load, we strongly recommend a more personalised approach through small-group or 1-to-1 personal training. That way, we can properly assess, program, and coach with your long-term progress and safety in mind.

Can you accommodate training during pregnancy?

We want every woman to feel supported in staying active during pregnancy. However, our group coaching team are not pre and postnatal qualified, which means we can’t safely or appropriately tailor group sessions for pregnancy-related needs.

If you still choose to train in our classes, we’ll require a waiver confirming that you’re happy to take full responsibility for your participation and understand the limitations of our coaching support.

For a more suitable and supportive option, we recommend working with Kelly—our pre- and postnatal specialist. You’ll find her contact details in the ‘Team’ section, and she can guide you through a safe, effective training plan for this stage of life.
